Art Supplies and Home Postage and Returns Policy

Domestic Postage costs (Australia wide):

  • Orders under $99 we offer $9 flat rate postage*
  • Orders over $99 we offer FREE flat rate postage*
  • Express Post is available on all orders for $19.95 flat rate*
  • Pick up option is FREE, you will receive an email with collection details once your order is ready.

*Flat rate is Standard eParcel Australia Post service, or Domestic Letter with tracking (or Express Post). Does not include stretched canvas larger than 60x60cm or parcels weighing over 10kg. Larger parcels may require additional postage costs to cover Couriers Please delivery service, due to size and fragility of parcel.

 

Domestic Postage process:

  • Your order will be despatched within 3 working days from the date of purchase**
  • We pick, pack & process orders from Wednesday to Sunday with daily Aus Post pick-ups arranged Monday to Friday.
  • All parcels are picked up by Australia Post from our warehouse at Gold Coast, QLD (Postcode 4211)
  • We do not offer same-day delivery, however, we do offer local pick-up collection from our store at Gold Coast, QLD

**Does not include Public holidays or weekends. This is subject to change, you will be notified if your order will take longer to despatch.

When your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to live updates with a delivery estimate date.

 

Domestic Postage delivery time frames (Australia-wide)

  • Standard eParcel Australia Post service, or Domestic Letter: depends on Aus Post but can be any where in between 3 business days to 14 business days from despatched date***
  • Express Post eParcel Australia Post service, or Express Post Letter with tracking: should arrive within a few business days***
  • If your order is too large or heavy to send with Aus Post, it will be sent via Couriers Please and time frame will vary.

***Subject to change, please refer to the tracking information of your parcel for the most accurate time frame. If your parcel is delayed in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to investigate further. Please note this may require a longer period of waiting time for your parcel.

  • International postage costs**** vary depending on location, weight & size of each parcel.

Returns

If you have an issue with your order or would like to return your order for a refund, please email us at customerservice@asah.com.au so that we can assist you with the return or replacement process.

  • Return within 90 days of purchase to receive a refund (conditions apply)
  • Return postage charges will not be refunded on "change of mind" returns
  • Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened or unused.
  • Art Supplies and Home will not be liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
